A new 12 month fixed term contract has become available for a Training Co-Ordinator based in Brighton

An exciting opportunity for a proactive and multi tasking Training Co-ordinator has become available for a very rewarding business based in Brighton. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract and would be suitable for someone from an L & D and/or HR Training background.

Key requirements and duties will involve :

  • Previous HR experience would be required to provide initial front line HR advice and guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to take ownership of queries.
  • Duties - developing and delivering a comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative service to the HR function
  • Co-ordinating the training schedule and arranging training delivery ongoing
  • Developing good working relationships internally with the HR team and assisting with other HR administrative as and when required
