Temporary HR Administrator - East Grinstead

Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator to work with our client based in East Grinstead. The main purpose of this role will be to perform all administration related tasks in the HR department.

Rate of pay - £9 per hour plus holiday pay

Basis - Temporary, Full time

Length of assignment - 6 weeks to start ASAP

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • Filing
  • Ad Hoc Administration tasks
  • Answering calls incoming into the department

Key skills and experience needed:

  • Previous experience working within a HR team
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to understand the confidential nature of the documents being processed
