A great new Fixed Term Contract position has become available for a Team Administrator in the Centre of Brighton.

This fantastic Fixed term contract position in the Centre of Brighton would suit a candidate who is comfortable dealing with individuals over the phone and has experience with managing administrative tasks and used to working in fast paced reactive environment.

The key duties within this role will involve the following:

  • Administration support in applying Event Notifications to the website Content Management System and internal records.
  • Support in the provision of external events equipment for Community Groups as required
  • Organisation/administration of the Groups Networking Meetings
  • Assisting in the administration for finance & additional teams
  • Administration support to the Member team as required.
  • Attendance where required at Club events, including the Annual General Meeting.

The ideal background to be considered for this role would be a strong background in administration and experience of working in team environments.

This is paying up to £20,000 Per annum depending on experience.

Please note this role is a fixed term contract 9-12 months.
