Morgan McKinley HR are exclusively partnering a fantastic business in hiring a newly created Talent Acquisition Partner whose offices are based in Wiltshire.

The company's product is very current and they are working with some very impressive clients who are recognised as market leaders in their industry. This makes my client a very interesting and innovative business to work for.

The role is a created by a newly appointed HR Director who has an impressive track record working in this field. The aim of the role is to streamline all recruitment and increase brand awareness.

Daily tasks would include:

  • Working in conjunction with Line Managers proactively source candidates via advertisement,
  • social media, sourcing techniques and recruiting technologies.
  • Project manage recruitment life cycle from initiation through to offer stage. Roles covered include
  • permanent, FTC roles, contract, graduate recruitment and school leavers.
  • Build candidate pool for current and future vacancies. Maintain contact with active and passive
  • candidates, building and maintaining network for current and future needs.
  • Building effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure that their time is managed in an
  • effective way.
  • Establish PVL for agencies, manage relationship and become primary interface when dealing with
  • Take the lead in establishing employee brand to promote Company to potential new employees.
  • Identify areas of improvement to support recruitment activities. To include assessment material,
  • SOP, and IT efficiencies.
  • Provide market intelligence on market rates, competitor activity and other data as required.
  • KPI's. Time to fill, recruitment quality, cost savings.
  • Undertake other duties as required.

The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of recruiting for a niche and complex roles either in-house or in an agency.

  • You will need to be degree education and ideally associated functional qualification.
  • Have experience of effectively using social media, job boards, advertising and headhunting techniques to attract talent (LinkedIn, Facebook, CV Library others as agreed).
  • Experience of recruiting internationally would be an advantage.
  • IT skills to facilitate recruitment processes and minimize administration workload.
  • Able to manage multiple projects.
  • Work on own initiative.
  • Network and develop strong relationships across the business.
  • Be comfortable operating at all levels of the business from shop floor through the PLC Board Directors.
  • Able to travel on an occasional basis.
