Leading Professional Services Firm hiring a Senior Finance Manager
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Professional to join a global Professional Services firm.
We are partnering this global Professional Service company in their search for a newly created Senior FP&A Manager role, who will be responsible for the business planning and analysis of one of the internal finance teams. You will be reporting to the finance controller as well as partnering with the Business Development, Human Resources, and IT team.
This is a really exciting role managing a team of 5. You will be actively involved in developing a network of major finance contacts across the business, designing and implementing finance planning and strategies, giving recommendation on monthly financial results, maintaining financial compliance and control, etc. You also will be driving and managing internal performance, as well as responsible for the personal development and growth for your subordinates.
The ideal candidate MUST have;
- ACA / CIMA / ACCA fully qualified, or an equivalent and recognised qualification
- Strong experience in financial planning & strategic analysis within a professional services organisation
- Ability to initiate process improvements
- Strong people management skills and ability to build trust with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and take accountability for own and subordinates personal development
