Your role will be to manage a team of entry level Sales Executives, who's role is to generate new business meetings for Sales Managers. The team is responsible for prospecting new clients and approaching them via cold calls or otherwise and they are targeted on the number of qualified new business meetings generated. The role of the Team Leader is to support the Sales Executives on a day to day basis, ensuring that they are able to achieve these targets. This role is purely focused on management and you will not carry your own meeting booking target - the team's target will be your target.
The ideal candidate will proven experience hitting new business sales/meeting booking targets as a Sales Executive/SDR/Lead Generator and will have some experience of Sales Leadership - for example, you may have been responsible for a small team of 2 or 3 SDR's while also carrying a sales/meeting booking target yourself and you are now looking for a step up into a role which is purely management focused. The successful candidate MUST have experience in the FinTech/Banking/Software industries.
My client will pay up to £45,000 base salary, plus commission, plus company benefits.
