Reward Consultant - 12 Month FTC
Morgan McKinley are recruitng on behalf of a leading Financial Services organisation for a eward Consultant to join the team on a 12 month FTC, paying up to £50k.
- Act as subject-matter expert in one or more sub-areas of Compensation & Benefits, for example job sizing, pension, benefits, annual pay review or reward systems.
- Managing Reward-related project delivery within the assigned area of expertise.
- Acting Reward Business Partner (e.g. advising on promotions, recruitment, executive hires) for an assigned business area.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in one or more of the Compensation and Benefits areas (job sizing, pension, benefits, annual pay review or reward systems)
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong experience data analytics
