Working with a dynamic Reward Director you will be joining at a time of impressive growth, so you will be able to really utilise all your skills and develop more.
Working over comp and bens you will be managing LTIPS ( including management of grants/vests and vendor management), taking ownership of Job evaluation , looking at all market data processes, running annual and mid year salary review , supporting Annual Bonus Plan process and many other projects including mobility.
Must have's to ensure success are:
* A minimum of 3 years reward exp including exposure to variable pay/ LTIPS/LTIPS/ Job Evaluation and benchmarking in a commercial organisation
* Strong analytical and numerical reasoning
* Confident communication and influencing skills
* Critical thinking and curiosity
* The role is based in West London and location means own transport is essential
