Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a number of telephone based Customer Service Advisor's to work with our client in Reigate on a temporary basis.

Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a number of telephone based Customer Service Advisor's to work with our client in Reigate on a temporary basis. Due to the rural location of this role it is not accessible by public transport, the client does offer free onsite parking.

Basis - Temporary for 3 months

Hourly rate - £10.82 plus holiday pay

Hours of work - Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 / 08:30 - 17:00

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate engineers for scheduled maintenance and service support

  • Always working within service level agreements

  • Updating appropriate databases

  • Escalating customer enquiries as required to team leaders

  • Monitor the service requests of third party service providers

  • Ensuring customers are kept informed regarding the status of the request

Key skills and experience needed:

  • Accurate data entry skills

  • Analytical skills as well as a technical mindset.

  • Ideally familiar with CRM application but training can be given

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel

  • Good planning, organising and time management skills

  • Geographical knowledge will be beneficial
