Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a number of telephone based Customer Service Advisor's to work with our client in Reigate on a temporary basis. Due to the rural location of this role it is not accessible by public transport, the client does offer free onsite parking.
Basis - Temporary for 3 months
Hourly rate - £10.82 plus holiday pay
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 / 08:30 - 17:00
Duties and responsibilities:
Co-ordinate engineers for scheduled maintenance and service support
Always working within service level agreements
Updating appropriate databases
Escalating customer enquiries as required to team leaders
Monitor the service requests of third party service providers
Ensuring customers are kept informed regarding the status of the request
Key skills and experience needed:
Accurate data entry skills
Analytical skills as well as a technical mindset.
Ideally familiar with CRM application but training can be given
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel
Good planning, organising and time management skills
Geographical knowledge will be beneficial
