Are you a Regional Sales professional within the tech industry?

We are currently working with an exciting new start-up to the EMEA market to source experienced SaaS territory sales professionals to join their business. This role is based in the UK and will involve remote working. Our client have offices in London but it is not a requirement for you to be office based - you go where your customers are!

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage the sales process within your territory for prospective customers and channel partners. You will deliver growth in new business across your assigned territory through the development of strategic relationships with large enterprise accounts.

Main Duties:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly/yearly bookings targets while delivering consistent and reliable forecasting
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy for the assigned territory
  • Accelerate new customer acquistion and upsell growth in existing accounts, while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline
  • Work closely with customers and channel partners to drive market adoption of the solution
  • Manage pricing discussions and contract negotiations
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers
  • Responsible for complete and accurate on-going maintenance of accounts, forecsats, proposals and account activity
  • Ensure customer success as a high priority


  • Minimum of 5 years sales territory management experinece in the technology sector - ideally SaaS, Networking, Security, Performance Management sales - selling enterprise software to network buyers
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding targets selling into large/Fortune 500 accounts
  • Previous experience of selling SaaS into either pharma or financial services industry is a distinct advantage
  • Very high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be comfortable in a "hands on" start up environment - attitude is everything!
