A excellent new position has become for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator working for a Global business based in Crawley. To be considered for this role you will have an understanding of the life cycle of recruitment, end to end, you will also need to have a high levels of accuracy, attention to small details and with a natural flair for systems and collating information.

The key duties within this role will include :

  • Supporting recruitment process within the business within your allocated region
  • Apply all sourcing methods required to fulfil the requirement and liasing closely with internal line managers
  • Processing new starter details from offer stage through to on-boarding
  • Collating payroll information and ensuring all records are accurate and feature correct data
  • Co-ordinating manual files and updating in-house system to reduce duplication's
  • Undertaking referencing checks, right to work information and delivering compliant files
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team and the wider business
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries as and when they arise
  • Prioritising the work-flow received through e-mail and from internal stake holders
  • Developing excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships
