Morgan McKinley are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to manage Front of House based in their office in Aldwych. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of FOH. This Receptionist position is a full time, permanent position.
Reception Duties and Responsibilities-
Meet and greet all candidates and clients
Distribute incoming CV's to relevant teams
Setting up meeting rooms
Manage the booking of meeting rooms
Answering the phone and redirecting calls
Collating and sending guest list and updates to Building Security
Manage the candidate registration process including handing out registration forms, taking copies of right to work documents and uploading them onto the system
Adding new starters to the meeting room booking system
Ordering bread and milk for the office
Assisting with the organisation of events
Preparing name badges, registering attendees, ordering equipment/ food and beverages for internal events
Sending out communications to the UK business
Keeping stock checks for FOH
Hours of work-
Monday and Tuesday 8am- 6pm
Wednesday 9am- 6pm
Thursday and Friday 8am- 4pm
