Exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Specialist with a private equity backed Business
Morgan McKinley are currently working with a private equity backed business based in Bristol to recruit a Process Improvement Specialist into their large, ever growing Finance team.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in identifying and improving the outcomes of processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase client experience satisfaction.
You will be responsible for identifying and facilitating process improvement projects. Reviewing priorities and success indicators on a regular basis. Securing commitment from process managers and building relationships with key stakeholders.
You must be an effective communicator, confident dealing with multiple sites in a friendly and efficient manner. You will have a proven ability to meet deadlines and will have a positive and energetic approach.
Experience of Open Accounts would be an advantage. If you are certified or working towards becoming a Lean six sigma green belt this is a highly desirable.
