Morgan McKinley's Secretarial & Office Support team are recruiting for a Parts Inventory Planner to work with our client, an electronics business based in Crawley. As a Parts Inventory Planner you will be ensuring the inventory is planned and stocked at the right location with the policies being adhered to and in line with budgets.

Basis - Permanent

Salary - Up to £35,000

The duties will include:

  • Inventory transition management

  • KPI reporting and management

  • Creating supply chain demand and purchase forecast

  • Stock procurement activities

  • Prepare and lead customer inventory review meetings

  • Sustain inventory planning and manage inventory transition

  • Liaising with customers and the supply chain communicating supply information and demand

  • Create inventory projections and budgets

  • Manage and maintain service parts planning routines

Key skills needed:

  • A planning related qualification would be an advantage

  • Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of V-Look up and Pivot tables

  • Service parts and production planning experience

  • Ability to analyse and manipulate data

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team
