A new maternity contract has become available for an HR Team Leader for a global organisation based in Redhill

Our client is actively looking for an HR Administration Team Leader for a 12 fixed term contract. This role requires a confident self starter with a proven track record within leading a team of administrators within HR.

The team are responsible for delivering HR administration and co-ordination service to line managers.

Key duties will involve some of the following :

  • Managing an effective HR service covering all HR administration
  • Delivering effective and legally compliant HR service covering the whole employee life cycle
  • Proactively managing the pre-employment checking process to ensure that checks are compliant including supporting client audits.
  • Act as Data Protection Officer and Data Owner for all data held by the HR Services team.
  • Becoming an ambassador of HR processes and MI reporting
  • Supporting the business through the implementation of self-service HR.
  • Working closely with HRBPs and the HR Management team on HR Projects through the year
  • Liaising closely with the Compensation and Benefits Team to ensure that all aspects of the employee lifecycle are supported
