Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a part time temporary Customer Service Administrator to work with our client based in Crawley. The main purpose of this role will be to communicating with customers via telephone and email. Strong communication skills and administration experience are essential for this role. Parking is available on site and lunch is provided daily.
Salary - £9.50 per hour plus holiday pay
Basis - Part time, temporary until the end of the year
Working hours - Monday - Wednesday 8.30am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support to customers for pre-order and after sales assistance
Assisting customers with placing orders
Processing refunds as required
Answering questions on products
Providing price guarantee information
Supporting customers with home delivery orders including questions regarding the shipping, and delivery
Ad Hoc administration tasks
Key Skills required:
Previous experience within customer service,
Proven strong systems and administrative skills, including Excel, Word applications.
Strong and articulate communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work within critical timelines and under pressure.
