Morgan McKinley's Secretarial & Office Support team has a fantastic new office Administrator opportunity with a fantastic Private Equity company based near bank. The Office Administrator will be a support to the Office manager.

Salary: £20,000

Working hours: 9am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Duties and responsibilities of the Office Administrator position will include:

  • Incoming and outgoing mails,
  • Scan and file documents
  • Manage all incoming calls
  • Collaborate with building officials
  • Some data entry activities
  • Manage meeting room bookings as well as tidy after meetings
  • Order weekly food for the office
  • Meet and greet visitors to the office
  • Other ad hoc requests
