ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting directly to the Company Secretary, this is a demanding yet rewarding role
  • You will supervise a small team of support staff
  • General operation of the company's day to day office administration
  • Support and site/facilities management throughout
  • You will be approachable and personable with an empathetic nature.
  • Must be able to communicate articulately and effectively at all levels within the business and have a 'can do' attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • General all-round administration experience
  • Previous Office Manager experience.
  • Approachable and personable with an empathetic nature
  • IT skills - Excel; Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Good business communication skills with local and foreign nationals
  • Office Assistant, Diary Management, Call Screening, Administration, Receptionist, Switchboard Operator, Switchboard, Expenses, Expense Claims Administrator Typist, Telephonist, Call Handling, Office Administration, Personal Assistant

Please note this role is paying between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
