IT Support - Asset Manager - Central London

An excellent opportunity to provide 1st/2nd line end user support for an asset management firm in the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support all end-user issues via both telephone and email
- Escalate Service Desk tickets where appropriate
- Install, upgrade and maintain IT hardware, software and systems
- Ensure Group IT policy is adhered to

Required Skills:

- Windows Server
- Exchange
- Active Directory
- MS Office
- Citrix
