HR Systems implementation project role

Morgan McKinley are excited to be working with a household brand name in the search for a HR Project Manager to join the Head Office team in Slough. We are looking for a driven, motivated self starter to take ownership of the HR Projects and processes.

The day to day duties include:

  • Ownership of the HR systems and payroll implementation
  • Full project life cycle management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Delivering HR and L&D systems roadmap
  • Develop audit plan
  • Documentation and training delivery

The successful individual will have previous HR Project Management experience with HR and Payroll systems from a large business. Ideally you will be qualified or studying towards CIPD and PRINCE 2 qualification and fully commit to the end of the full assignment.
