HR Business Partner
Morgan McKinley are currently partnering with a highly acquisitive Healthcare business in the Heathrow area to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner to join a busy HR team.
The main responsibilities of the HR Business Partner are:
To be full responsible for multiple sites in the South. You will fully support managers in each location communicating local compliance, HR and company standards, policies and procedures reviewing/updating all as appropriate. Work in partnership with the business and influence, design, implement and review the HR objectives in line with regional and HR strategies. Develop and implement training initiatives. Conduct regular HR clinics on all locations. Lead HR and staff well being projects. Build and maintain a positive organisational culture.
The successful applicant with have multi site generalist HR experience including TUPE be pragmatic, CIPD, and be happy to travel to site once a month.
This 9 months assignment has a salary of £38-46,000 PA (which icludes a £3,000 car allowance) pro rata.
