HR Business Partner
On behalf on my client based in Birmingham, I am looking for an energetic and driven HR Business Partner who will be responsible for supporting the Senior HR Business Partner in the deployment of the HR calendar of activities for their operational stakeholders.
As a HR Business Partner, you will be accountable for supporting the deployment of the People Plan to support the strategic operational direction, working as a key business partner for the sector supporting to deploy the strategic business plan for the area.
Within the role you will provide coaching support to the operational team on all aspects of the people plan which includes:
You will have well-developed influencing skills, able to quickly build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels including Trade Unions.
You will have a high level of enthusiasm, energy and resilience combined with a pragmatic approach and the ability to move flexibly at pace when required.
You will have the ability to collaborate as part of a team to create business change.
You will have experience of operating and delivering change in a highly unionised environment.
You will have experience of business partnering with a track record of excellent stakeholder management, successfully achieving target measures.
You will have experience of generalist HR supporting senior stakeholders in a large complex matrix business
