My client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team to cover a maternity contract for 6-8 months based in Slough.

You'll provide generalist HR support across all areas of HR, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, Training and HR Analytics. You'll need to provide high quality advice on all HR policies and procedures whilst making sure they are compliant with all areas of employment legislation.

More responsibilities include:

  • Travel to regional sites to coach and support managers
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to attract and recruiter top talent
  • Ensure new joiners has smooth and efficient onboarding/induction process
  • Provide weekly and month reports - absence, disciplinary and recruitment spend
  • Ensure all information is up to date in internal HR system

To be successful in this role you will need the following experience:

  • CIPD level 5 qualification completed not working towards.
  • 2-3 years previous HR advisor experience
  • Strong Employee Relations experience
  • Comfortable working at both a strategic and operational level
  • Ability to build strong relationships and have strong influencing skills

This is a full time role, 8-5pm Monday to Friday and flexibility to alter hours maybe required.
