HR Administrator - 6 month fixed term contract in Chertsey

Job Title: HR Administrator
Duration: 6 month fixed term contract
Salary: £23-25k
Hours: 9.00am -5.30pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP
Parking: Yes
Location: Chertsey

My client located in Chertsey have a requirement for a HR Administrator to start ASAP on a 6 month fixed term contract

Duties will include;

  • Supporting with new starter process - drafting offer letters and contracts, monitoring return of all new starter forms, sending out reference requests
  • Ensure all payroll notifications are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing first line queries from employees especially those related to payroll, healthcare, pension and other employee initiatives
  • Annual salary review bonus and process - providing support, arranging meetings with Senior Leaders to review team information
  • Manage paperwork and payroll process for new joiners
  • Managing holiday/sickness records
  • Supporting with general HR queries
  • General ad-hoc

Core requirements:

  • Experience of working in a busy HR function
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accurate and efficient data management and data entry
  • IT systems literate including SAP and advanced Excel
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a broader HR team in a pressurised environment
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills coupled with cultural awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of data management and generalist HR activities
