My client, a large successful business with a great brand based in Portishead, is looking to recruit a HR administrator.
Reporting into the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for transactional functions including processing HR and Payroll related transactions, issuing contracts of employment and being the first point of contact for policy and contractual queries from the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking to begin a career in HR or admin professionals looking for a career change. You will be confident, professional, responsible, organised and methodical. Customer service skills are essential, as well as having the ability to work both independently and part of a team. A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role is desirable.
Technical skills will include the use of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. Previous experience of SAP HCM is highly advantageous.
