Dual-listed growing company looking for a Group Finance Manager due to expansion
We are partnering this dual-listed growing digital business in their search for a Group Finance Manager to join their expanding business. This will be a great role for someone who enjoys a broad and varied scope, and who is keen to build extensive corporate-level exposure and work with stakeholders internationally. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will prepare statutory and management consolidation for the Group, notes to accounts, Board packs, financial forecasts and budgets. You will work closely with Country Financial teams to get the relevant and required information, and provide them with relevant technical accounting advice, when there are new or upcoming changes to legislations and statutory requirements and/or Group policies. You will also manage Group audit, provide relevant information to the auditors and ensure the Group's compliance to statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate must be / have:-
- Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent if qualified overseas)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including a good understanding of IFRS
- Group consolidation experience in a listed company is a must, and proven experience working with a global company and familiarity with multicurrencies and forex exposure
- At least intermediate level Excel skills
- A good team player with good interpersonal skills
