Administrator - Immediate start in Epsom

Job Title: Fleet Business Administrator
Duration: 6 months
Days: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £11.28 per hour (Salary equiv £22,000)
Parking: Yes
Location: Epsom
Other: Due to the location you must be a driver and have access to a vehicle

My client located in Epsom have a requirement for a temporary Fleet Business Administrator to join the team ASAP for a period of up to 6 months

This role is to support, build and maintain new and existing relationships through the provision of excellent service. You will act as a key contact to support Managers and Business Centres where you will also support a culture focused on customer satisfaction.

Duties will include;

  • Providing and sending relevant documentation
  • Provision of bespoke finance quotations
  • Loading and preparing proposals
  • Management of all data checks
  • Ensuring that customers questions and problems are resolved
  • Providing account services such as name and contact amendments
  • Payment management including refunds and direct debit changes

Core requirements:

  • PC literate - Excel and MS Word are essential (intermediate or above)
  • Administration experience within a busy environment
  • Confident communicator at all levels
  • Sales experience
  • The ability to build relationships/teamwork
  • Logical thinker with the ability to develop and communicate ideas

You must be immediately available to start
