Job Title: First Line Customer Support
Days: Monday to Friday
This is a 24hr role with 3 different shift patterns: 9pm - 7am with 3 days off 2pm - 9pm with 3 days off 7am - 2pm with 2 days off
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get into a first line support role. My client based near Fleet are looking for someone to provide a high-quality telephone support service to there customers working in a team environment
1) To work within a rota system as a member of the team providing high quality customer support.
2) Responding to calls correctly logged on the Call centre monitoring systems and complete, within defined time scales
3) Investigate customer requests following alarm interrogation or customer correspondence via telephone call or email.
4) To provide the 1st line telephone support service for all customers, their contractors and our own field engineers.

The role would suit someone who is technically minded and is looking to work in a customer focused role.
