Leading Chippenham based business are looking for an interim Finance Process Improvement Specialist

A leading Chippenham based business are looking for a Finance Process Improvement Specialist. This will be a 9 month fixed term contract, on a part-time basis of 3 days a week.

Working in a business at the forefront of transformational growth and combatting climate change, you will be performing a crucial role in embedding best practice within the finance team.

You must be a qualified chartered accountant to be successful in this position. This is a key role in leading the improvement of financial control, reporting and process.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

  • Being accountable to the audit and risk Committee
  • Developing an efficient model and strategy for financial improvements
  • Drafting accounting policies
  • Point of contact for queries and providing solutions
  • Delivering learning opportunities
  • Ensuring the team have a developed understanding for ongoing delivery
