Finance Manager job in North West London
This is the ideal role for someone with a technical finance background and is looking to add to their commercial skill set. The role involves managing a team and is also involved in the strategy of a fast paced, fast growing business.
Establish and produce regular and relevant financial reports
Performance monitoring; Prepare monthly financial dashboard and commentary for senior leadership team
Team Management: Build and improve the capabilities and processes within the finance team to create a customer led Business Partnering function through regular reviews, clarity of shared goals and regular recognition
Recommend and initiate corrective action or changes to enhance performance where appropriate
Annual budget in collaboration with Group Finance, managing the annual budget process for the business.
Participate in the full year and half year Performance Development Review process as reviewer and reviewee, meeting the standards and timescales required by the Company
Professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
Experience of producing regular management accounts and managing budgets
Understand the dynamic of working in a fast growing environment
