Executive Compensation Analyst
Morgan McKinley are working with multinational retail company based in North West London recruiting for an Executive Compensation Analyst/ Specialist within the Reward Team. This is an interim position for 7 months
Key Accountabilities and specifications:
- Have Executive Compensation experience.
- Have a thorough understanding of compensation and the issues affecting reward structures
- Experience of Directors Reporting Regulation and reporting correctly on it.
- Complex Senior Bench marking
- CEO Pay ratio's
- LTIP and share package renumeration knowledge
- Strong presentation and communication experience, preferably to the RemCo.
