Digital marketing opportunity to enhance the asset manager's digital proposition for D2C

Brand new direct-to-consumer digital marketing opportunity looking to enhance the online customer journey of the asset manager's retail clients who buy financial products such as stocks and shares, ISA's and personal pensions.

Responsibilities of Retail Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and enhance the website for the firm's personal investors
  • Enhance the customer experience on the website
  • Ensure relevant data, information and content is present on the right places on the website and is aesthetically pleasing
  • Manage the upload and delivery of relevant content for the personal investing business
  • Conduct analysis on competitors activity

Experience required of Retail Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Track record of managing and enhancing a website for direct to consumer market
  • Experience of marketing direct to consumer within financial services - essential
  • Understand customer journey via web
  • Appreciate working in an agile and changing environment
  • Excellent English to ensure content is engaging and correct online
