A global professional organisation in Redhill looking for Reconciliations Clerk to join a well-established team. Working within the reconciliation team we are looking for candidates with a strong reconciliation and accounts background.
This position would be responsible for carrying out excel calculations to assess the gain/loss impact on investment transactions where a member would have been invested in an alternative investment strategy.
Monitor the receipt of all deal requests through to completion.
Analyse the deal requests and ensure the most appropriate method of correction is being applied.
Processing of loss calculations, corrective deals & reversals.
Produce accurate monthly statistics / reporting.
Assist the team with processing / checking ad hoc deals, external switches, contract note updates and monitor the receipt and payment of all transactions from Trustee bank accounts.
Maintain the reconciled position between the bank account, the core administration system and the investment manager.
Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 DOE
Location: Redhill (No Parking)
