Duration: 6 month contract with a view of going permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor join a growing company in Farnham. They are an extremely successful business who offer a friendly, supportive working environment and who will provide extensive training for someone interested in creating a career within the company.
This is a newly created role to join an existing, small team and will be offered as a 6 month contract initially with a view to becoming permanent.
The role is Mortgage Servicing Assistant. We are happy to consider applicants from a variety of industries - financial services / mortgage background is NOT essential, however you must have excellent customer service skills.
The focus of the role is to manage arrears administration and whilst you will be liaising with borrowers and lenders regarding repayments this is NOT a typical collections role, nor call centre based.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and good attention to detail. We are open minded about what background you come from as long as you can demonstrate the necessary skills for the role.
The company are offering a competitive salary of up to £26k plus excellent benefits including 23 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), pension, life assurance & critical illness cover and on-site parking. Hours are 9 - 5.30 with the occasional requirement to work outside of this.
