An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Administrator based in Crawley
Based within a busy Customer Services team, this role sits within the German relations division, it is therefore essential you have excellent written and spoken German language skills
The main purpose of the role is to deal with incoming enquiries in German, you will then be tasked with investigating the enquiry and finally offering resolution, in German.
This role is initially being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract basis, but there is a great opportunity for the role to progress into a permanent position for the right person.
After an initial training period (1-2 months), flexibility to work from home will be offered, there is also the possibility of flexible working hours.
This role is being offered with a basic annual salary of £17,750 plus a £500 language allowance, there is also the opportunity to achieve an annual bonus of up to a further £4,000
