Fantastic New Permanent role for a Customer Service 1st Line Support

The successful candidate will be part of a highly motivated and dedicated team. To be considered for this role you must have a background working within customer service and a keen interest in IT.


  • Working on the Service Desk receiving and resolving support calls & emails.
  • Troubleshooting problems remotely and escalating internal service desk related issues to onsite technicians if needed.
  • Keeping users up to date on the progress of their issues.
  • To acquire a thorough working knowledge of the company's products and a detailed understanding of their applications and to keep this knowledge up to date.
  • The role is shifts so be prepared to work shifts including evenings and weekends.


  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English.
  • Keen interest within IT
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to work within a team.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry would be an advantage.

Please note this role is paying £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience

Please be aware this is a shift pattern Monday - Friday 8am -5pm or 2pm -11pm

Saturday Shift is 8am -5pm or 2pm -11pm

Sunday shift is 9am - 3pm or 6pm - Midnight

You will only be required to work 3 weekends out of 7 with a day off in Lieu in the week.
