We are currently recruiting for a Customer Outcomes Specialist to join a fantastic company based in Epsom!

Job Title: Customer Outcomes Specialist
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Epsom

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Outcomes Specialist to join a very well known, successful organisation with modern offices located in Epsom.

Within the role of Customer Outcomes Specialist, you will support a culture focused on customer satisfaction, delivered through effective systems and processes, supported by comprehensive operational and strategic metrics

Duties will include:

  • Contacting customers who are in arrears to collect overdue payments whilst ensuring the focus is always on delivering a good customer service
  • Completing affordability assessments
  • Create mutually acceptable and sustainable payment arrangements
  • Identify ad manager any potential vulnerability effectively
  • Liaising with third parties such a debt charities, money advise centres and solicitors
  • To ensure late arrears are managed
  • Payment management
  • Resolution of first level customer complaints
  • To meet or exceed targets for Good Customer Outcomes set by manager

Skills & Experience required

  • Experience working within a collections or outcomes environment
  • Experience in identifying and managing vulnerable customers
  • Need to have good decision making and judgement skills
  • PC Literate
  • Clear and logical written and oral communication skills
