Morgan McKinley's Secretarial & Office Support team are recruiting for a number of temporary Customer Contact Management Executive's to work with our client, a technology business based in Reigate. As a Customer Contract Management Exec you will be ensuring the customer receives excellent customer service throughout their journey as well as ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing.
Basis - Temporary for 3 months
Working hours - 40 hours per week / 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Hourly rate - £12 per hour plus holiday pay
The duties will include:
Validating and activating new customer contracts
Ensuring customers data is up to date and accurate
Logging customer queries on the inhouse system
Answer the phone, providing excellent customer service at all times
Key skills needed:
Good understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel
Knowledge or Oracle
Experience working in a customer service environment
Ability to communicate with customers written and verbally
