Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a telephone based Customer Service Advisors to work with our client in Reigate on a temporary basis. Due to the rural location of this role it is not accessible by public transport, the client does offer free onsite parking.
Basis - Temporary for 6/8 weeks starting as soon as possible
Hourly rate - £13 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 / 08:30 - 17:00
Duties and responsibilities:
- Validate and activate new customer contracts
- Always working within service level agreements
- Updating appropriate databases
- Escalating customer enquiries as required to team leaders
- Handling incoming calls to the team
- Ensuring customers are kept informed regarding the status of the request
Key skills and experience needed:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working within a customer service team
- Ideally familiar with Oracle but training can be given
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel
- Good planning, organising and time management skills
