An exciting opportunity have arisen for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join a company based in Redhill

Morgan McKinley is urgently looking for experienced Customer Account Managers, for a 3 month temporary booking.

The overall purpose of the role is to provide effective administration and account management for a portfolio accounts and their associated customers, ensuring that the sales process, associated procedures, query resolution and required reporting is delivered to assist in achieving revenue KPI's for renewals and new business.

Specific duties will include:

  • Management of all administration tasks related to the requirements of the Accounts
  • Build effective relationship with key accounts by telephone, email and on occasions face to face meetings
  • Communicate and update relevant teams within the business of account relationships and processes as required
  • Manage any customer complaints to resolution in accordance with the company complaints procedure.
  • Obtain feedback from customer accounts when required in relation to any issues that occur to ensure available data for analysis of market trends.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the have previous experience dealing with key accounts, alonside

  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent Relationship building skills
  • Excellent level of Administration skills
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage calls, maintain records, notes and reports
  • Ability to work on own, demonstrating drive and initiative
  • Team player, willing to share ideas and techniques with other team colleagues.

This is a temporary assignment for an initial period of 3 months
