Temporary Credit Controller - Crawley

Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a Credit Controller to work with our client based in Crawley. This role will be temporary initially with a view to becoming permanent. The main purpose of this role will be to chase up aged debt from clients.

Hourly rate - £12 - £13 per hour

Basis - Temporary initially

Length of assignment - Ongoing

Working hours - 35 hours per week

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Chase up clients via telephone and email

  • Record notes from conversation with clients

  • Respond to queries on invoices via telephone and email

  • Resolve any ledger problems

  • Liaise with solicitors when necessary

  • Process card payments

  • Provide support to other departments when needed

Key skills and experience needed:

  • Previous experience working in a Credit Control role

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good working computer knowledge
