6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Contact Centre Agent

Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a Contact Centre Agent to work with our client based in Redhill. The main purpose of this role will be to provide excellent customer service at all times.

Salary - £19,000

Basis - Fixed term contract

Length of assignment - 6 months

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound phone calls

  • Responding to emails

  • Replying to letters

  • Monitoring the web chat function

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Key skills and experience needed:

  • Previous contact centre experience

  • Track record in excellent customer service.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast paced environment

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good computer skills
