6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Contact Centre Agent
Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a Contact Centre Agent to work with our client based in Redhill. The main purpose of this role will be to provide excellent customer service at all times.
Salary - £19,000
Basis - Fixed term contract
Length of assignment - 6 months
Duties and responsibilities:
Answering inbound phone calls
Responding to emails
Replying to letters
Monitoring the web chat function
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Key skills and experience needed:
Previous contact centre experience
Track record in excellent customer service.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Good computer skills
