One of UK's leading LSE-listed Asset Management brands is continuing to grow from strength to strength. As part of their ongoing success, there is a need to bring on a newly created Client Experience Manager to help define the customer journey for their retail channels of distribution.
As part of the diverse role, you will be working cross functionally across various internal departments including sales, product, legal, compliance, marketing and digital. The objective will be to deliver a high touch, quality service across the end to end client lifecycle to support commercial outcomes across conceptualisation, design & implementation.
