Our Client is seeking a Marketing Manager for our EMEA Programme Business Marketing team who is passionate about programme management and is experienced in developing and executing seasonal insights-driven B2B marketing campaigns that move beyond traditional advertising.

Reporting into the EMEA IQ Insights Marketing Program lead, this position will be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of the largest EMEA-wide marketing campaign in our B2B marketing calendar - the Christmas 2020 campaign - as well as our activations for other key commercial moments, such as Ramadan and the 2020 Olympic Games.

This role will require an extensive amount of relationship-building - from forging strategic relationships and networks with external partners and vendors, to developing deep partnerships with key internal cross-functional partners and stakeholders across the region.

The individual must possess exceptional communications skills and a marketing mindset that is strategic, creative, and rooted in operational rigour and insights.

While this position is focused on the European and Middle East markets, it will require the ability to scale initiatives to other regions, such as North America.

Responsibilities

  • Help execute the overall business marketing strategy for Christmas 2020
  • Help create and execute content in close partnership with agencies and/or internal teams
  • Develop marketing materials and programs designed to enhance our advertisers', agency partners' and the industry's understanding of our platform -advertising and - marketing at Christmas time.
  • Work closely with cross-functional counterparts (Sales, PR/Comms, Measurement, Creative, etc.) to ensure cohesion and scalability for the Christmas advertising messaging, campaigns and events.
  • Help define and monitor clear KPIs for the campaign.
  • Implement measurement and reporting systems to support the above.
  • Maintain accurate budget forecasting and management processes

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of work experience in developing marketing content and executing marketing programs. Ideally with experience in managing internal and external (3rd party vendor partners) stakeholders to drive results.
  • Experience in high-profile brand or product marketing role, either in-agency or in-house.
  • Strong project management skills and experience running projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative skill set with proven digital marketing experience.
  • Analytical with proven experience defining and measuring marketing metrics and proof points.
  • Experience in scaling programmes across multiple countries.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, overcome barriers and work collaboratively.
  • Good writing, project management and decision-making skills
  • Be prepared to work flexibly, as programmes evolve over time.
