Job Title - Business Development Manager - Legal Solutions
Industry - Legal
Location - London
Salary - up to £50,000 base + commission
Your role will be to sell my client's suite of solutions to clients across the UK and the wider EMEA region. Their solutions cover a range of legal and professional services solutions and the client base is made up of large law firms, in-house legal teams (across a range of industries) and financial services organisations. While you may sell to some existing accounts, the focus of this role will be to generate new business. The role will involve generating leads from scratch (though there will be some inbound business), meeting with clients and closing new business deals. There will be a significant amount of travel involved in this role (around 50% of the time), mainly within Europe.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling professional services solutions into the legal sector (both law firms and in-house legal teams). If you have experience working in the legal sector (as a lawyer, solicitor or similar) or a law degree then that would also be a bonus! Ideally, you will be well connected within the legal sector and have an understanding of the buying preferences of lawyers, plus the challenges that you would face when selling to this type of client. Exposure to legal teams within the aviation sector would be a plus. You must be in a position to be able to travel regularly on an international basis and will be comfortable working in a small team.
My client will pay up to £50,000, with OTE, plus company benefits. APPLY NOW for more information and you will be contacted for a strictly confidential conversation to establish whether it is a good fit for both parties. Short listing has begun and first round interviews are being scheduled.
