Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will be in a primarily customer facing role, engaging with stakeholders domestically and internationally
This role will provide you with the opportunity to potentially develop into Head of Business Development roles or provide you with the opportunity to Lead/Manage teams within Business Development
Your main responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will involve:
Identifying, creating, and prosecuting new business opportunities and generates appropriate business case(s) to support Phase review decisions
Generating opportunities that support the Corporate/Business IBP objective and result in a suitably balanced portfolio of opportunities, products and markets
Providing support to pan-Company opportunities and alignment of Business IBP to strategic opportunities
Providing customer views and expectations on price as part of defining the Price to Win derivation
Major contributor to communications plan and (typically leader of) the customer/stakeholder identification and contact plan elements of the Capture Plan
Leading the customer and local competitive (market & Competitor) intelligence gathering
Your skills and qualifications:
Understanding of business winning in the UK and abroad
Being able to show working in cross functional teams
Client relationship management skills (not pure sales)
