Our client is a fintech startup operating in the travel sector. They are currently looking for a German speaking Business Development Executive to join the team, to help them grow their presence in Germany.

JOB TITLE - Business Development Executive
INDUSTRY - FinTech/ TravelTech
SALARY - £30,000K base + commission


The role will involve researching potential clients within the travel sector in Germany in order to make a targeted approach. You will be cold calling leads you have generated as well as following up on marketing-generated leads in order to close sales. You'll be expected to book meetings with prospects and will be selling both over the phone and face to face. There will be some travel involved to meet with clients/prospects in Germany. There is excellent career progression on offer for top performers.


The ideal candidate will have some sales experience and will be comfortable making outbound phone calls and working in a highly target-driven environment. You will be excited by technology and be interested in working for a young, high-growth organisation where you can make a big impact, quickly. You MUST be fluent in German, this is non-negotiable. Graduates who show the right sales attributes and have an ability to learn quickly, will also be considered.


My client will pay up to £30,000 base salary, plus commission, plus company benefits. For exceptional candidates, there may be flexibility on salary.
