New temporary Data & Archiving Support opportunity to start ASAP working for a very well established organisation based in the Brentford area.

Our Morgan McKinley Secretarial & Office Support team have an immediate temp requirement for an experienced Archiving Data Entry Assistant. This is a temporary electronic archiving job to start ASAP and will be ongoing until January 2020.

Pay rate: £8 to £9 per hour. Working hours: 40 hour working week

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Checking and digitalising files / records
  • Archiving records
  • Resolving enquiries and requests
  • Shredding
  • Data entry

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven admin / data entry / archiving experience and working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good IT skills including MS Excel
