Morgan McKinley's Secretarial & Office Support team are recruiting for a fantastic,new full time Administrator position with our client an investment company. As an Administrator you will be providing support to the Investment structuring and Investment strategy team.

Basis - Permanent

Salary £35,000

The Administrator duties will involve:

  • Diary management for 1 x Senior Partner and 3 team heads
  • Travel booking and coordination
  • Putting together regional committee packs
  • Making sure documents are correctly stored on electronic systems and sent to the right people who need it
  • Managing the team's email inbox
  • Conducting Anti Money Laundering Checks on prospective investments
  • Collating packs for meetings (including some quite senior level meetings.

Candidate will need to have the following skills/characteristics

  • High level of common sense and initiative
  • Ability to deal with senior stakeholders (bright, polished and articulate)
  • Experience is a fast paced and demanding corporate environment
  • Good level of Powerpoint and Excel
