Fantastic New Permanent role for a Permanent Administrator

Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a Permanent Administrator to work with our client based in Crawley. The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative and coordination support for outstanding contracts and supporting the sales team with administration using excel on a day to day basis.

SALARY - £18,000

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing administrative and coordination support
  • To be the first point of contact for queries and requests via email
  • Outstanding contracts and supporting the sales team with administration using excel on a day to day basis.
  • Administrative support such as processing or producing a letter to supporting with note taking and booking of official meetings.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • Experience in an administrative environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements to working processes
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office Packages e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience working with databases/HR systems ideal
